Professional Reflective Practice
This program stream is designed to support practitioners and leaders working in the helping professions. Sessions combine reflective practice with the benefits of facilitated time in nature, providing a grounding environment in which to examine the emotional, ethical, and relational dimensions of practice.
“ Trudy brought with her a wealth of knowledge, and was able to provide many evidence based examples that encouraged reflection on self, practice and ability to seek to understand what is in our control. For Christians, Trudy brings a spiritual lens that aligns with beliefs, but is also able to separate religion, particularly in professional settings. Highly recommend.”
