Gardening Together
Horticultural Therapy
Create something lasting—together. Gardening Together is a hands-on, nature-based program that supports wellbeing, connection, and shared achievement through the installation of a communal garden space.
Participants work side-by-side to install a vegetable, flower, or sensory garden, tailored to the setting and group. Sessions include:
Practical, collaborative garden tasks
Mindful pauses and grounding practices
Opportunities for reflection, teamwork, and emotional presence.
The completed garden becomes a living asset, offering ongoing opportunities for care, learning, and community connection.

Activities are adapted to suit the age, abilities, and goals of each group.

Nature Writing
Creative Writing Workshop
Slow down, tune in, and let nature inspire your words. Nature Writing is a guided outdoor workshop that blends sensory awareness with foundational writing exercises, perfect for anyone looking to explore their creative voice in a calm, reflective setting.
Participants will:
Practice grounding techniques and descriptive writing
Use the natural environment as a prompt for creative exploration
Develop observational skills and imaginative engagement.
This low-pressure session focuses on process over product, making it ideal for aspiring writers of all ages and skill levels. No prior experience needed.
