Walks for Women

Designed for women navigating stress and trauma, these group walks provide a supportive space to heal alongside nature. Together, we’ll step away from the noise and embrace the restorative peace of the natural world to reclaim inner calm.

Licensed Tour Operator

Our nature walks have a maximum of 8 participants to create a relaxed and supportive atmosphere. Each walk includes a brief orientation and at least one 10-minute stop at a set point on the walk for mindfulness. While some walks require a reasonable level of fitness, our primary purpose is always stress relief, reconnecting with nature, and finding calm. Everyone is welcome to take their time and enjoy the view!

All walks are $55 (inc. GST) per person. For further details, please download our info sheet here.
